- In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit all item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- All returned items must be unworn in the original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, If approved please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed.
- No returns allowed on final sale items.
- If you received damaged/defective item(s) we will happily offer you an exchange and cover your postage. Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery at Maxxiiicollection@gmail.com
- Customers are in charge of paying for the return postage, which must be tracked to ensure we receive items.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation Email or text with your tracking number.
Please know that any Import duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
